I have been wanting to test the waters of pet photography for  a while now.  My plan was to try it out with my best friend’s dog since she is, hands down, THE BEST DOG EVER!  Long story short goes like this… I never got around to it.  A couple of weeks ago by cousin contacted me and asked if I did this very thing.  I told him I had not but I was up to giving it a try!

Keep in mind, while I will do stylized shoots (and LOVE them) I still am not your JC Penney’s type of photography…. and, to me, that’s a good thing.  So what you will find below is not a flash studio set up with solid color backdrops.  What you will find below is pet photography done true to my style… relaxed, fun, intimate.

Editing (and posting) from 35,000 ft today and CAN’T WAIT to show you all the rest of this in home newborn session.

It was THE coldest day and a snow/ice storm was predicted to come our way the next day but, as you can see, the love warmed this room right up!
