Joey was scheduled to have his Senior pictures done this fall but when the family had to suddenly relocate from Richmond,VA to Springfield, IL I received an email asking if it could be done within the week. Joey’s family had their a Family Session with me last fall and were so great… such nice people. I wanted to help them out before they had to leave town. We met up on Friday and they were driving out the next day! I’m so glad I got one last opportunity to photograph this guy! He has grown and matured so much over the last year and is such an amazing young man. I know it has to be tough to relocate to another school for your Senior year but I know he will do great!
The day we had our session was easily the hottest day of the year. Actually, I think it was the hottest day EVER! Even with waiting until early evening we still found ourselves drenched with sweat by the time it was all said and done. Add in hiking up and down steep steps and you had one exhausted, asthmatic photographer on your hands. I would do it all over again though!
Joey rocked his Senior session. He was by far the easiest young man I have photographed. He took directions really well and was a natural at posing without looking too posed. He could be a model if he wanted to go that route.
