Six Month Milestone Session
This little cutie is Mateo and he is featured in this six month milestone session. These pictures were taken in the winter, hence the eskimo outfit (I’m a little behind on blogging). Milestone sessions are great for children of any age, not just babies. They are a good way to document yearly or monthly growth or to update pictures though the teen years. JJP offer’s Baby’s 1st Year milestone packages. You can chose from 3,6 and 9 month session for $500 or 4 and 8 month sessions for $400. Each package includes 5 hand edited, fully retouched digital images for each session. For more information on the all milestone sessions, click here.
You may be wondering, what is the difference between what baby is doing at each month. Usually, at 3/4 months baby is more alert and their eyes are no longer crossing. At 6 months, baby is a little more active and smiling but most likely is not able to sit on their own. Your 3 month and 6 months sessions may appear to be very similar. At 8/9 months, most babies are sitting on their own and are very active and trying to move. They are also really developing their personality. This is a great time to get pictures before its time for a cake smash session. Mateo’s newborn session can be found here. He is scheduled to come back for his cake smash session next month! You can really see how much he has grown and I can’t wait to see him again!
