You know what they say… do something you love and you’ll never work a day in your life. While each session involves a lot more than just the 30 minutes – 1+ hour that my clients and I are together I truly do love every single minute of my “job”. It’s hard to call it that because it is so much fun…. from the planning, to the shooting, to the editing. I sincerely feel blessed that people seek me out to do something for them that I love with all my heart and all my soul. Just to make it all that much sweeter I get to watch several of my clients grow up…. and capture those times all along the way. This is my second shoot with the Gregory girls and already the baby has grown so much. Sweet Madison is soon to be a teenager and is so sweet and mature. I absolutely love this family and am so thankful that they haven chosen me to be their photographer!
When Kelly asked me about Christmas pictures back in April or May I got right to work with planning out the perfect shoot. I had a vision…. but things were not working out as planned. I wanted so badly to photograph them at a Christmas tree farm but was having no luck finding one relatively close to them… or me….until I found LaRon Christmas Tree farm. I arrived on Saturday afternoon with high hopes…. and I was pleased. There was that one magical moment when it all just started to come together and, as I told Kelly , it was everything I dreamed it would be. She probably thought I was crazy…. but this is what I do. I dream through lenses.
